East Bridgewater Family and Leader Support Meeting

East Bridgewater Family and Leader Support Meeting

All meetings will be held at St. John’s Parish Hall
We will be holding THREE different meeting to make it convenient for all schedules.  YOU ONLY NEED TO ATTEND ONE!

Sunday, September 15th from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m

Monday, September 16th from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m (this is also the date of the monthly Service Unit Meetings)  Agenda Items will be tackled during the breakout session!)  This was done so that SU members did not have TWO meetings to attend in September.  We realize everyone is busy!!

Thursday, September 19th from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

While as adults no one wants to be told a meeting is mandatory, we need you understand the importance of your participation.  Attendance will be taken at every meeting in the same way as if you are going to vote so that we can confirm contact information. If we find three meetings were not enough to insure 100% participation, we will be evaluating adding a fourth meeting.
The first part of the meeting will be presentations from Service Unit Members and Council Members. The second part of the meeting will be (2) break-out sessions: (1) will be for troop volunteers and (1) will be for East Bridgewater Girl Scout family members.
Children are welcome to attend. We will have a few small activities to keep them busy.
The meetings will also serve as our Fall Registration events. If you have friends that would like to join Girl Scouts please ask them to attend one of the meetings.
If you have any questions please contact:
Nancy Smith  nhenn71@hotmail.com

We are still in need of SEVERAL service unit level volunteers.  Meetings are ONLY once per month.  We are looking for a Registrar, Media Coordinator, Fall Sales Coordinator, Cookie Sales Manager, among others.  EACH TROOP should have ONE volunteer that comes to each meeting each month to relay info back to troops and to provide input ON BEHALF of your troop. If you are interested in assisting in this manner, please let your troop volunteers know.

THANK YOU!
