Are your girls looking for a community service project?

The COA’s annual Christmas Party is

December 20^th

Brownie Troop #65060 is looking for some help with the following:

·       20 centerpieces

·       200 placemats

·       Raffle Dinner baskets

If you can assist, please contact Brenda Conca at b.pconca@comcast.net

She has reserved the community room at the library on Monday, Dec 17^th from 5-7 pm to drop off any donations.

Family Information Night

Is your daughter new to Girl Scouts?

Please join us for our "Family Information Night"

• at St John's church on Thursday, October 18th at 7:30.
• We will have representatives here from Girl Scouts of Eastern Mass and from our own local Service Unit
• You'll learn a more about all the opportunities available to your daughter as a Scout
• Your daughter does not need to attend this meeting

2. Me and My Gal Brunch - money due Oct. 8.  (see minutes above for more information)
3. Veteran Day Parade - Sunday, November 11, 2012 in East Bridgewater.

The East Bridgewater Girl Scouts receive at 20% discount on tickets. We will be sitting in the Balcony. The tickets are $20.00 each. You can bring friends or family to enjoy this event with us.

Please enclose a check made payable to: East Bridgewater Service Unit and give to your troop leader.

Per the Citi for Performing Arts:  A 10% deposit is required with in the first 10 days of placing an order. One month prior to the performance, a final ticket count is needed along with full payment. Once payment is received in full, tickets are mailed.

The deposit is due to troop leaders by October 1^st and the final payment is due to troop leaders by October 25.

Please understand that you are committing to the number of tickets you order.  If you cannot attend for any reason you will still need to pay the balance or find someone to replace you. The Service Unit does not have the funds to cover ticket orders.

Sauchuk Farm Corn Maze

Let’s Kick the Year off Together!

The Corn Maze will be from 11:00-2:30 at Sauchuk Farm in Plympton, MA at 200 Center Street.   

This event is exclusively open to East Bridgewater students and family members thanks to the East Bridgewater Girl Scouts.

The cost is $8.95 and includes the maze, all the activities, a sugar pumpkin and use of the tent area for your bring your own picnic lunches.

Snacks, apples, popcorn, water and soft drinks will be on sale

The East Bridgewater Girl Scout Service Unit will have registration materials available for those that would like to join Girl Scouts. We will also have highlights of the wonderful events your girls may enjoy in the coming year.

A special patch will be available for $1.00 for any interested scouts

Town Encampment/Camporee

In June, the Girl Scout Troops of East Bridgewater got together for a Town Encampment. Everyone had fun playing games and learning new camping skills. More pictures are posted under Recent Events Tab of the website.
